    Dear Mr. President Obama,
    I applied for the loan modification, I paid the amount that was requested for three for me for the month of feb 2010, march 2010, and april I paid for april and may, 2010 the amount I was requested to pay, finally I recieved my loan modification contract to start payment for adjustment the amount, the same month I recieve those papers, which was the month of may, they wanted me to start adjustment payments, I called the Bank of America and asked since I paid my other payment in april for may what should I do, the lady that I spoke with said that I could start my adjusted payment in June which I did, and now they are telling me that I have to pay another payment for the month of may, which I don’t have because I am on a budget I will not be able to pay another payment. I’m subject to lose my house. what should I do.
