I like this Loan modification kit… having a lawyer is indeed good but its costly too.

for those who are being blown off by their lender/servicer…Contact you Senator or Rep…They will open a Congressional Investigation via Treasury. Senator Milkulski had the letter off to Treasury the day after we contacted her office and one month later we got a letter of apology from PNC, our servicer, for causing any delay or hardship by not getting things processed faster. The letter indicated we were approved for a modification and would soon get the paperwork. Hopefully those of you who wrote above have a Senator or Congressperson as pro-active as Barbara Milkulski. If not, I would call the Washington office of someone on the Banking Committee or Barney Frank’s office. You can file the complaint yourself to the Office of the Comptroller at Treasury Dept, but getting it on Congressional letterhead sure moves things along. Good luck all. Hope this info helps!!

ocwen keeps reviewing our loan and tells us we dont qualify although we do who can you turn to to enforce the plan?
